The olive grove is shown to COP25 as a sustainable crop to save the climate.Among its benefits to the environment can be highlights: it helps to fix CO2 and water in the soil, so it can stop desertification, and also maintains biodiversity. In addition, thanks to our project the production of olive oil is zero waste.
